OUR MISSION
As İlhan Sarı Organic Olive Farm, the most important point we pay attention to in our fully organic olives, which are grown with the clean air of the Aegean region and collected without harming nature by taking all precautions, is the 4-hour rule. From the moment the olive is plucked from the branch, the rates of minerals and vitamins beneficial for human health begin to decrease as time passes.
The time required for the olives to be squeezed in the same freshness as when they are plucked from the branch is maximum 4 hours. It is possible to squeeze the olives within a maximum of 4 hours from the moment the olive is plucked from the branch, only if our olive oil facility is located on the olive farm. This is the biggest advantage and therefore the difference of İlhan Sarı organic olive oils. In addition, İlhan Sarı organic olive oil is presented in black bottles protected from light under the supervision of the international surveillance organization ECOCERT and in order to preserve the superior qualities of the oil.
