In the application and interpretation of this Agreement, the terms written below shall refer to the written explanations opposite them:
MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade.
MINISTRY: The Ministry of Customs and Trade.
LAW: Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
REGULATION: The Regulation on Distance Contracts.
SERVICE: Any consumer transaction other than providing goods, which is performed or committed to be performed for a fee or benefit.
SELLER: The company that offers goods or services to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf or account of the provider.
BUYER: A real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.
SITE: The SELLER's website.
ORDERING PARTY: A real or legal person who requests a good or service via the SELLER's website.
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER (together).
AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER.
GOODS: Movable property subject to purchase, and intangible goods such as software, audio, video, and similar items prepared for use in electronic environments.
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price are specified below, ordered by the BUYER electronically via the SELLER's website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
The prices listed and advertised on the site are sales prices. Advertised prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices advertised for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7.1. Product Features The basic characteristics of the good/product/service (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published in detail on the SELLER's website. If the SELLER has organized a campaign, you can examine the basic characteristics of the relevant product during the campaign period. Campaigns are valid until the specified date.
7.2. Prices The prices listed and advertised on the site are sales prices. These prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. Prices advertised for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.
7.3. Taxes and Payments The sales price of the good or service subject to the contract, including all taxes, is shown below:

Invoice Delivery: The invoice will be delivered to the invoice address along with the order during product delivery.
9.1. Information and Acceptance The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the contract on the SELLER's website, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
9.2. Delivery Period Each product subject to the contract will be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded.
In the case of a distance contract concerning the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal by rejecting the goods without any justification, provided they notify the SELLER within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/entity at the address indicated by them.
Products prepared according to the BUYER's wishes or explicit personal needs, such as bottom parts of underwear, makeup products, and disposable products, are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.
If the BUYER defaults on payment when making transactions with a credit card, they acknowledge, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and will be responsible to the bank.
In disputes arising from this contract, complaints and objections will be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when they complete the payment for their order placed through the Site.
