By placing an electronic order on this website, you are considered to have accepted the pre-information form and distance sales agreement provided to you.
Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchase.
Shipping costs for product shipments will be paid by the buyers.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, conforming to the specifications stated in the order, and with any warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels it in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
If it is determined that the buyer's credit card used for payment was unfairly used by unauthorized persons after the product has been delivered, and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the SELLER.
If unforeseen force majeure events occur for the seller and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order: if the payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days of cancellation. If the buyer paid by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer's account.
Before receiving the goods/services subject to the contract, the buyer will inspect them; they will not accept damaged or defective goods/services from the shipping company (e.g., dented, broken, torn packaging). Goods/services received will be considered undamaged and sound. The BUYER is obliged to protect the goods/services carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not have been used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
The BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address they indicated, provided they notify the SELLER via the contact information below, without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.

If the purchased item is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has started with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the SELLER via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" provisions stipulated in this contract.
The invoice for the product delivered to the third party or the BUYER. (If the invoice for the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent along with the return invoice issued by the company. Order returns for invoices issued to companies cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
The return form, the box, packaging, and any standard accessories of the products to be returned must be delivered completely and undamaged.
The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and documents that put the BUYER under debt within a maximum of 10 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notification and to take back the goods within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the goods or if return becomes impossible due to a fault of the BUYER, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages to the extent of their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations resulting from the proper use of the goods or product within the right of withdrawal period.
If the campaign limit amount falls below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited from within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.
According to the Regulation, it is not possible to return products prepared according to the BUYER's wishes or explicit personal needs and are not suitable for return, such as bottom parts of underwear, swimwear bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, goods that are likely to spoil quickly or expire, products whose packaging has been opened by the BUYER after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, products that get mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, goods related to periodic publications such as newspapers and magazines (except those provided under subscription contracts), services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables, if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Furthermore, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, as per the Regulation.
For cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD, and cassettes, as well as stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), their packaging must be unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused for them to be eligible for return.
If the BUYER defaults when making payments with a credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake to pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and to be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; it may demand any resulting costs and attorney's fees from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults on their debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the SELLER's damages and losses incurred due to the delayed performance of the debt.
